Since its founding in 1984, Wehmann has become one of the most prominent modeling and talent agencies in the Midwest. We market a diverse group of models, actors, voice talent, children and artists to top industry clients. Such clients include Target, Best Buy, Toro, General Mills, United Health Care, 3M, EVINE Live and Sleep Number. We are a forward thinking team, striving for success with insight and integrity.
I began in 1980, booking models for print advertising after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota. In March of 1984 I opened Wehmann Models/Talent Inc providing models, actors and children for commercial advertising and film. In 1985 I added a hair and makeup division and was also franchised by AFTRA. In 1990, I was awarded a SAG franchise, representing AFTRA and SAG members for TV, Radio, Industrial video and film. For 25 years Wehmann booked models for print and worked under SAG/AFTRA contracts. In 2010 Wehmann began representing actors for non-union work. We have grown into an agency that has a national reputation for providing outstanding service and representing the very best in biz. For me, owning and leading Wehmann has been a gift beyond all measure. It has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, create and succeed.
I have been an agent at Wehmann for 15 years. I was lucky enough to find this job after working as a Project Manager for International Dairy Queen. For me, being an on-camera agent is the perfect combination of multi-tasking, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and best of all, working with some of the funniest and most talented actors in town. It is a joy to get to know actors and introduce them to opportunities to show their range and skill. When an audition opportunity turns in to a booking... that is the best part of my job!
I have been an agent at The Wehmann Agency for over 19 years. After graduating from Drake University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications and a minor in Media Graphics, I started my career in advertising. Working at agencies such as W.B. Donor and Fallon McElligott gave me a deeper understanding of the advertising industry and the importance of client needs. When the opportunity arose to be the voice agent at the Wehmann Agency, I jumped at the chance to be able to stay in the industry, but be more involved with the production and creative side of the business. I have successfully promoted seasoned talent as well as launched new talent into successful voice over careers. I take pride in maintaining close client relationships and am impressed daily by the dedication and creativity of the talent we represent. My job has been extremely rewarding and I can't wait to see what the future will bring!
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in May 2014 with a major in Communications and Journalism. With strong interest in the areas of sales and advertising, I set my sights on entering the business world, yet unsure on where exactly I would gain professional experience. After a few months of searching, I found a home here at Wehmann and it could not have been a better match. I pride myself on my persistent work ethic and positive attitude, both of which have tremendously helped me become a better agent for this company. Each day brings on new and exciting challenges that help me grow both at a personal and professional level. I am constantly creating strong relationships with clients and building communication skills that are essential in an industry such as this. The women of this agency have created a working environment that is so warm and welcoming that it is truly a joy to come to work every day. I consider myself lucky to be working for such a successful company, and certainly work my hardest to represent everyone in the best way possible.

After graduating from St. Olaf College in 2005 with degrees in Family Studies and Women's Studies, I found myself struggling to find a job that would fulfill my multiple requirements for "the perfect job." I knew I had to be somewhere people-centered, where I could establish one-on-one connections with the people I serviced every day. I also had the strong desire to be in a fast-paced, commercially driven industry that would satisfy the creative side of me. I finally found the balance I was looking for in 2007 when I landed at the Wehmann Agency, and I have never looked back. I love and take pride in what I do, and the women I work with. More importantly, I love the talent I represent. I consider it an incredible privilege to work with such unique and talented individuals every day.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014 with a degree in History. Upon graduation, I was constantly bombarded with every post-grad's favorite question; what are you going to do now? I soon decided to leave my college town behind and move to Minneapolis to explore the exciting opportunities the city offered. After working briefly in the financial services world, I was lucky enough to find an amazing position here at the Wehmann Agency. Working as a print agent allows me to utilize my communication skills, channel my creativity, and work closely with other passionate individuals. I do my best every day to meet the incredibly high standard set by my fellow agents and our talent.
