Rates and fees vary by performance, category, and media use. Please contact an agent for a quote.
AGENCY FEE
Wehmann charges 15% agency fee to all on-camera and voice rates and 20% to all print rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 24-hour notice: full session fee is applied.
Between 24-48 hours: 50% session fee is applied.
More than 48-hours notice: no charge.
Notice must be given Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
If a session is postponed but rescheduled at the time of postponement, no cancellation fee applies.
If you are not scoring greater than middle school, you can always attempt to do a little hire paper writer service bit of work on the article during the summer, when you have graduated from high school and may have higher top grades.
TRAVEL OUTSIDE MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL AREA
Air travel: Additional rates for travel days apply and should be negotiated prior to booking. Transportation, lodging, per diem, and expenses are to be paid by the client (unless otherwise negotiated).
Car travel: more than 20 miles from Minneapolis, $.56 per mile round trip is applied for auto expenses. More than 60 miles from Minneapolis, $70 per hour round trip is applied for travel time.
WEATHER PERMITING
Weather-dependent jobs must be stated at the time of booking. There is no charge to postpone a shoot due to weather if the model/actor is notified before leaving for the job and if the job is rescheduled at the time of postponement. If the model/actor is not available for the rescheduled booking, regular cancellation fees apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All invoices are payable upon receipt and should be paid directly to Wehmann Models & Talent, Inc. A 2% finance charge will be applied to invoices not paid within 45 days.
EMPLOYER LIABILITY
Models and actors booked through Wehmann are not employees of Wehmann Models & Talent, Inc.
PRINT SESSION
Models are available for hourly, half-day, or full-day bookings. A minimum booking is one hour with additional half-hour increments. Fifteen minutes or forty-five minutes past the hour is considered to be an additional half hour. A day rate must be specified in advance and is considered 8 consecutive hours, including lunch. Day rates cannot be changed to an hourly rate during the booking, even if the model is released before 8 hours. Intimates and Swimwear: Bras and other women’s undergarments, and men’s underwear will be billed at double rate. The client must specify the exact type of garment at the time of booking.
PRINT USAGE
The hourly session fee includes one year of basic print advertising, direct mail, catalog, newspaper, brochure, and magazine. Additional usage fees are billed on top of the session fee. The following are examples of additional usage: web, billboard, bus-side/trans-stop, posters, signage, packaging, P.O.P., national or international advertisements, and buyouts. Still photographs used for broadcast or video must be negotiated separately. Any additional use must be stated and agreed upon at the time of booking and must be listed on the model/photography release.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Models will sign release forms on set with the permission of Wehmann. Photos are only released to the client for the length of time and usage negotiated prior to the shoot. If the client or use changes (length of time or medium), the model release must be renegotiated and approved through Wehmann. Any release signed without agency consent will be considered void. Model releases are not valid until the agency has been paid in full.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full disclosure of any extraordinary conditions or requirements for a specific job.
- Provide Wehmann with complete billing information prior to booking.
- Report any on-set discrepancies to Wehmann immediately.
SAG-AFTRA
Film, TV, Radio, and Industrials booked under SAG-AFTRA jurisdiction must be in accordance with their rules and regulations, and rates are determined by their contracts.
INTERNSHIP
The Internship Program at Wehmann will introduce you to the exciting industry of commercial advertising, photography, TV, radio, and film. You will gain relevant experience assisting agents with daily tasks in castings and bookings and attending photo shoots. Responsibilities also include onboarding and communicating with new talent, which are key components of our business.
We value our interns as the first friendly face and voice for talent and clients. We look for individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fun, collaborative environment.
Availability at least 3 days per week, 20-25 hours. Hours can be flexible around academic schedules.

THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
We represent talent of all ages, looks, abilities and levels of experience because we understand that every day is different, and every job is unique. To be considered for representation, please complete our online submission form.
We review submissions on a daily basis and reply via email regardless of our decision. If we are interested in pursuing representation, talent over the age of four will be invited to interview at Wehmann. Parents of babies and toddlers under four will be contacted via email to complete the registration process.
REPRESENTATION
We view representation as a mutual working relationship. We require current photos, measurements, and marketing materials in order to promote individuals for casting and booking opportunities.
Once representation has been established, we will send a welcome packet to recap tips and tools discussed in the interview, including agency and industry expectations.
WEHMANN WEBSITE
We highly recommend all talent have an online profile. We use our mobile-friendly website to promote talent and market to clients on a daily basis. For talent new to Wehmann or new to the business, our website features a New Faces section. This makes it easy for us to highlight you when making introductions to photographers and casting directors.
Once representation has been established, we will discuss the process of setting up your online profile. You will be able to update photos, resumés and demo reels whenever you have new materials that Wehmann agents feel will help you stand out in our market.
YOUR RESUMÉ
A resumé is a key component to showing clients who you are and what you have accomplished in your modeling/acting career. All resumés should be submitted as an Adobe PDF file. Please make sure you remove all personal contact information and replace it with Wehmann’s contact information.
