Rates and fees vary by performance, category, and media use. Please contact an agent for a quote.

 

Agency Fee

15% agency fee to all voice rates

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
  • Less than 24-hour notice: 100% of session fee will be charged.
  • Less than 48-hour notice for VO, on camera and print models and talent: 50% session fee will be charged.
  • Less than 48-hour notice for Hair and Makeup Artists: 100% off session will be charged
  • More than 48-hour notice: No fee will be charged
  • Notice must be given Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm.
Cancellation of a guaranteed booking:
  • If a performer or artist is booked as a result of a challenged hold, or other special circumstances agreed upon by the producer and agent at the time of booking, the session is considered guaranteed. A full session fee will be charged if canceled at any time.

Postponement Policy 

  • If a session is postponed with less than 24 hour notice without a rescheduled date at the time of postponement, 100% of session fee will be charged.
  • If a session is postponed with less than 48-hours’ notice and rescheduled at the time of postponement, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
  • If a session is postponed with more than 48-hours’ notice and rescheduled at the time of postponement, there is no fee to reschedule as long as the artist/performer is available for the rescheduled date.
  • If a session is postponed with more than 48-hours’ notice and the artist/performer is not available for the rescheduled date, 50% of the session fee will be charged

 

Terms Of Payment

All invoices are payable upon receipt and should be paid directly to Wehmann Models & Talent, Inc. A 2% finance charge will be applied to invoices not paid within 45 days.

 

Employer Liability

Models and actors booked through Wehmann are not employees of Wehmann Models & Talent, Inc.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Full disclosure of any extraordinary conditions or requirements for a specific job.
  • Provide Wehmann with complete billing information prior to booking.
  • Report any on-set discrepancies to Wehmann immediately.

 

SAG-AFTRA

Film, TV, Radio, and Industrials booked under SAG-AFTRA jurisdiction must be in accordance with their rules and regulations, and rates are determined by their contracts.
